Sarah Yaske
Sarah is an attorney at the Payton Law Firm where she practices general law with a focus on family law and probate matters.
Sarah grew up in Ankeny, Iowa before obtaining her bachelor’s degree in Finance as well as a Certificate in Risk Management and Insurance from the University of Iowa in 2018. Sarah earned her Juris Doctor from The University of St Thomas (Minnesota), in 2022. Sarah is a member of the Iowa Bar Association, Polk County Bar Association and is licensed to practice in the State of Iowa.
Sarah is dedicated to providing compassionate, and effective representation to her clients across a wide range of legal issues.
Morgan Raes
Morgan Raes, an Iowa native, earned her Bachelor Degree in Sociology with a minor in Philosophy and a Certificate in Entrepreneurial Management from the University of Iowa in 2020. She continued her education, obtaining her Juris Doctor from the University of South Dakota Knudson School of Law in 2024.
Now practicing in Des Moines, Morgan’s focus is on general practice, with a particular dedication to assisting clients in the areas of family law and estate planning. Morgan’s exemplar communication skills allow her to understand her client’s perspectives and represent her clients interests.
